Vantex started because businesses across Pakistan were drowning in manual work that AI could handle in minutes. Not in theory — in practice, right now, with tools that exist today.
We built TalentBuddy because we needed it ourselves. We run our own hiring through it. Every feature exists because we hit the problem first.
We built Vantex Agents because our clients needed custom solutions beyond any single product. Voice agents for sales floors. Chatbots trained on internal docs. Workflow pipelines that replaced three junior hires.

I started Vantex because I got tired of seeing Pakistani businesses struggle with the same manual bottlenecks year after year. Whether it's a hiring manager drowning in a hundred irrelevant CVs or a sales team missing half their inbound calls because they're tied up with paperwork, the problem is always the same: smart people being used for mechanical tasks. Having spent years building software and automation systems, I realized that the technology to fix this already exists—it just isn't being implemented locally in a way that actually works for our market.
There is a massive gap in Pakistan between the AI tools everyone talks about and the systems businesses actually use. Most global platforms are built for Western workflows and priced in USD, making them a poor fit for a local SME. I built Vantex to close that gap by building local, practical automation that handles the "boring" work so founders can focus on growth.
A core rule we have here is that we build what we sell. We aren't just selling you a hiring platform; we use TalentBuddy to hire every single person on our own team. We don't just pitch you on voice agents; if you call Vantex, an AI agent we built will likely be the one to greet you and qualify the inquiry. If a system isn't good enough for us to run our own company on, it isn't good enough for our clients.
My philosophy is simple: lean systems and execution over theory. I don't believe in "AI strategy" that stays in a slide deck for six months. I believe in deploying a functional agent in two weeks and letting it start compounding. Every automation we build should save you time today and get smarter by next month.
